The Tulare County Recreational Health Program provides routine and investigative inspections for all public swimming pools, spas and water features. Our primary focus is to ensure that every facility is free of safety hazards and risk of communicable diseases and all users are provided with a safe and healthy environment to enjoy.
Owners or operators planning to construct or remodel a public pool, spa or water feature, are required to submit two sets of plans with specifications and obtain approval prior to the start of construction. A plan review fee must be paid at the time of plan submission.
