Permit Toolbox - The Permit Toolbox provides online tools and resources to provide guidance to local enforcement agencies (LEA), operators, applicants, and CalRecycle staff in obtaining, processing, and maintaining new and revised solid waste facility permits and completing other permit-related tasks and responsibilities.
SWIS Facility/Site Search -The Solid Waste Information System (SWIS) search page allows searching of all facilities/sites by multiple criteria, or location of a specific facility by name or SWIS number. The advanced search function allows for specific site selection from the categories searched such as Permits, Inspection Reports and more. The database is continuously updated.
California Laws Related to Waste Management - This site includes all of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) pertinent to the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle), as approved by the Office of Administrative Law.
